Attentive and caring staff throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the pillows in my room. They were far too soft for my liking, made for a restless night's sleep. The Wi-Fi information was not provided during check-in, leaving me in the dark without a reliable connection. I expected better, considering how highly others speak of the hotel.

Awesome overall experience. Fairly clean hotel, welcoming staff, marvellous location close to everything. A microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making equipment in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. A tub in the bathroom. Location near the intersection, and a good area with lots of restaurants and stores.

Location: the hotel was right by the Main Street and a good area and shopping and restaurants. I found Salt Grass offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

Helpful! We could check in early, and they were accommodating with our pillow request. The stay was amazing, although the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive during the night.

Room cleanliness could use a fresh perspective!!! Noise disturbances from thin walls are a personal pet peeve!!! Management communication about issues felt lacking!!!

The king suite was spacious with a cozy sofa and a big comfortable bed. The attentive staff even organized my makeup during cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay where I was able to stroll to beautiful parks like Children's Park and Rose Rudman Park, both within just a 5-minute drive, making my weekend enjoyable, and the friendly staff even suggested nearby dining options like Steak 'n Shake, delicious and just a short walk away.

Strongly recommend for a holiday

Excellent service, excellent room. The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of hospitality, proactively engaging guests and addressing any concerns, while the Double Queen Room was clean with great amenities, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, all conveniently located just 13 km from the nearest airport.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. We got hypoallergenic pillows without asking. The room was clean, and they checked to see if we needed anything . I appreciated their attentiveness as a single traveler who often seeks comfort when away from home.

Fairfield Inn was fantastic. Convenient location with nearby shops and restaurants. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs and porridge. the staff provided excellent customer service, engaging with guests proactively.
